“I read the news today oh boy…”
Actually, I haven’t read the news today. I haven’t wanted to. I don’t have the stomach for the Dow today and having spent a week talking with CEOs, SEOs, Social Marketers and most importantly, CFOs, I don’t have the strength for another download of economic downturn stories. Except for [...]

Search Marketing Travel Time
I’ve been city hopping for the past two weeks from search marketing conference to search marketing conference to search marketing conference. It’s been a long fourteen days and I have literally crossed the continent twice in the endless quest for better information about search, search marketing and online business.

Starting with the tracking of the movement of people through flights, automobile, bus and rail and ending with an accounting of the staggering amounts of money spent on consumer goods, the American Thanksgiving weekend marks the start of the all important holiday retail season.
Search Engine Strategies Chicago - Dec 8 - 12
The final major search marketing conference of 2008 opens next week when the venerable Search Engine Strategies Conference rolls into the Chicago Hilton next Monday. The smallest of the three US-based SES shows, SES Chicago sports a unique character that makes it a special week for speakers and attendees. It’s the show I look forward to most each year for a number of reasons.
